🔥 THE OUTRAGE REPORT — Addendum -Week of July 15, 2026

1. 🔫 Another ICE Killing. Maine This Time. Wrong Person. Again.
ICE · Maine · Biddeford · Accountability

Immigration agents fatally shot 26-year-old Joan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Biddeford, Maine. Maine Sen. Angus King’s office said Guerrero was “NOT the target” of an ICE immigration operation. The Trump administration did not preserve the crime scene and has refused to cooperate with Maine State Police. Senator Collins had been the deciding vote to pass the latest round of additional funding for DHS and ICE. Two ICE shootings in two weeks. Two wrong targets. Houston and Maine. The administration that fired the civilian harm mitigation team at the Pentagon is running the same playbook with ICE — shoot first, obstruct the investigation, deport the witnesses. C-SPAN + 2

2. ⚖️ The Man Who Can’t Say Biden Won
Jay Clayton · DNI · 2020 Election · Confirmation Hearing

Jay Clayton, President Trump’s pick for director of national intelligence, refused to say Joe Biden won the 2020 election, claiming not to know his predecessor Tulsi Gabbard took part in a raid of a Georgia election office. On multiple occasions during the roughly two-hour hearing, Clayton declined to answer who won the 2020 election, instead saying: “I am not an election denier. Joe Biden was certified.” “Your answers lack credibility. Your testimony lacks credibility,” Ossoff said. The man Trump wants running 18 intelligence agencies won’t say a sentence that every election official in America has said. On Thursday night, Trump will use the intelligence those agencies produce to tell you the election was stolen. Clayton will be running them when he does it.

3. 🧑‍⚖️ Trump’s Lawyer Tries to Become America’s Top Law Enforcement Officer
Todd Blanche · Confirmation Hearing · IRS · Epstein · Press Freedom

Todd Blanche, currently the acting attorney general, faced tough questioning — from Democrats and some Republicans — over issues that have dogged the Justice Department for the past 18 months. Democratic Sen. Adam Schiff asked Blanche if President Trump is immune from tax claims from the IRS under the settlement the acting attorney general signed off on. Lawmakers pressed Todd Blanche on subpoenas issued that seek to force New York Times reporters to testify before a federal grand jury, raising concerns about the possible weaponization of the Justice Department. An Epstein survivor testified. A fired DOJ pardon attorney testified. The man who was Trump’s personal criminal defense attorney may soon be the permanent attorney general. His confirmation is not assured — but it’s close. Jewish Insider + 2

4. 🇮🇱 Vance Tells Israel’s War Lobby to “Go to Hell”
JD Vance · Israel · Iran · Influence Campaign · Joe Rogan

JD Vance revealed that elements within the Israeli government were trying to derail negotiations with Iran and manipulate American public opinion to keep the war going, lashing out at those behind the campaign and telling them to “go to hell.” Vance was referring to former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale, who now runs a communications firm. Israel started paying Parscale’s firm $1.5 million a month to create 100 pieces of digital content every month to be shared across multiple social media platforms. “What does bother me is when those operations, those influence campaigns, actually affect American political judgment, because they shouldn’t. Because we should be thinking, What is in the best interest of the United States of America?” The administration that started the Iran war is now fighting with the ally that wanted it extended. $1.5 million a month in conservative content to keep a war going. Your tax dollars. Their war.

5. 💉 The High-T Department of War
Pete Hegseth · Testosterone · Military · Culture Wars

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced that the Pentagon will begin requiring testosterone deficiency screenings for active-duty service members over 30, posting the announcement under a caption reading “The High-T Department of War.” Only about 2% of men have a medical condition called Testosterone Deficiency, according to the American Urological Association. Doctors are concerned that the online popularity of “low-T” as a medical problem creates a false impression that this is a bigger problem than it really is. The man who gutted civilian harm protections, purged generals, fired the inspectors general, and dismantled the CHMR civilian protection program has found his priority: hormone levels. The finest military in the world apparently needs a Fox News influencer’s supplement routine. We have a war with Iran. We have ICE killing people in Maine. Pete Hegseth is checking testosterone.

6. 🗳️ Thursday Night: The Speech That Answers Its Own Question
Trump · 2020 Election · Primetime Address · Midterms

Trump will reportedly reveal plans by foreign nations to interfere in the 2020 election, citing newly declassified intelligence. CIA Director John Ratcliffe, acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte, FBI Director Kash Patel and Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin will join the president for the address. Numerous courts, ballot audits and his first-term Justice Department found no evidence of widespread fraud that could have affected the outcome. The elections Trump won in 2016 and 2024 — both under Democratic presidents who had every motive to rig them against him — were fine. The only election he says was stolen is the one that happened on his watch. By casting the 2020 election as illegitimate, Trump is laying the groundwork to challenge Republican losses and undermine Democrats if they win back power in Congress in November. Four months before the midterms. At 9 PM. On every network that will carry it. CNN + 2
